Panzano in Chianti
The historical town of Panzano in Chianti lies picturesquely above the region's vineyards and forests. The castle as well as the city walls of this popular holiday destination are proof of the many battles between Florence and Siena.

San Eufrosino
According to tradition, Paul, personally sent the Syrian Bishop who was honoured in Chianti. Even though this cannot quite be proven by newer scientific research, an oratorio was built above his grave. Pilgrims believe that the water that comes out of a nearby fountain has healing properties.
