Radda in Chianti
Thanks to its mediaeval centre, Radda in Chianti is one of the most attractive wine towns of the Chianti Classico. The central Piazza Ferrucci, crooked lanes and archways, give the district original flair.
Since 1415, Radda in Chianti has been known as the headquarters of the Lega del Chianti and has developed into a famous winegrowing centre. The grapes grown on the surrounding hills are made into a distinct wine.
